The Argo Re Super Sprint Triathlon Summer Series resumed on Thursday 14th August. Ben Lau continued to show how much he has improved by taking first place with Sharon Alikhani the first woman and 2nd overall just a few seconds behind.

Gerhard Boonstra was third overall.
