
Tyler Butterfield got his season off to a good start as he took 3rd at the Ironman 70.3 Brasil today, 5th April 2015.
Tyler trailed eventual winner Tim Don of the UK and 2nd place Tim ODonnell of the USA by a minute after the swim but rode well to be in contention going into the run. Don, however, is known for his strong run and pulled away to finish in 3 hrs 41 mins 47 secs with O’Donnell 2nd in 3 : 42 : 40 with Tyler crossing the line in 3 : 45 : 48.
