CAN YOU HELP WITH CAMP DINNER VENUE

The Neill / Blake Triathlon camp is scheduled for 19th to 27th February ( http://www.bta.bm for information) and we still need a host venue for the wrap up party on Saturday 27th February 2016.

Can you host the dinner ? It means providing your kitchen for us to set up a buffet style dinner and to set up coolers with beer and wine. We do all of the setting up, food preparation and clearing up afterwards. We also need reasonable space for people to mingle and some seating ( but not critical) for people to eat off their laps. We usually have about 40 -45 people. It is very civilised so we wont trash your place.

I also need someone to coordinate static trainers for the brick session at the track. It means keeping a spreadsheet of who needs static trainers and who is prepared to lend them and then putting those people in touch with each other so that they make their own arrangements to pick up / drop off the borrowed static trainer.
