Flora Duffy got her season off to a great start as she dominated the women’s field to win the XTerra South Africa Championships by over 16 minutes in 2 hr 39 mins 08 secs.

Flora won these championships for a 3rd year in a row as she continued to show that she is by far and away the dominant woman Xterra triathlete and will again be very hard to beat in 2016.
