LET’S HAVE AN AWESOME TURN OUT. DO YOUR PART
The Bank of Bermuda Foundation Triathlon on Sunday 28th October is the oldest race on the Bermuda Triathlon Association’s calendar and is one of those iconic races that should be a must on everyone’s race calendar.
A real effort is being made this year to assist race director Ben Wright (with Steve Petty and Ian Pilgrim taking up some of the work load) in making this year’s race an awesome event and you can make it just that by signing up and getting others to sign up as individuals and teams.
There will be adult and team sprint races over 750m swim, 20km bike and 5km run and junior races and for full race details, race categories, rules and how to enter click here : bank-of-bermuda-foundation-triathlon
There are some interesting developments this year with
- The race moves back to Clearwater Beach
- Skin suits being permitted for the swim
- the adult races and 11-14 year old age groups bike will be DRAFT LEGAL
- Wetsuits will be allowed IF the water temp is above 72 F on race day morning.
