Up and coming Bermuda junior triathlete Lyndsey Palmer will move up a racing notch this weekend as she joins Erica Hawley and Tyler Smith on the start line for the North American Junior Triathlon Championships.

Lyndsey, the daughter of former Bermuda National Triathlon Champion Shona Palmer and former leading local runner and now triathlete Tim Palmer,  has not had the same publicity as Erica and Tyler but has impressed on the local junior and adult triathlon scene and had experience racing against top regional opposition at the Youth level.

Racing at this new level will give Lyndsey some valuable experience.
